What I do

I sort incoming materials by stream — electronics, metals, plastics, paper, furniture. Every item gets logged and categorised so it goes to the right downstream partner. On IT disposal days, I work with the data team to make sure every serial number is captured before anything moves to sanitisation.

What I’ve learned

I came in knowing nothing about recycling or logistics. Now I can identify 30+ material types by sight, I am OSHA 10 certified, and I can run the intake process for a full truck independently. WALTER paid for all my training and certifications.
