The Problem
Ellenoff Grossman & Schole LLP needed to execute a full commercial office clean-out and law firm office decommissioning in NYC within a strict end-of-week deadline. Following a merger with another law firm, the entire office space was no longer needed, and all furniture, equipment, documents, electronics, and remaining office materials had to be removed quickly.
